Cohort Coaching
At Empact, we specialize in coaching leadership teams together, harnessing the collective wisdom and potential of your entire group. Our approach blends individualized support with dynamic group sessions, to help teams navigate vital topics like workplace trust, fostering healthy conflict resolution, and cultivating inclusive decision-making processes.
We offer three levels of support for leadership teams.
1. Reflection: Space to assess collective leadership strengths and opportunities.
2. Elevation: Provide the organizational leaders with a summary of the progress and priorities while maintaining the group's psychological safety.
3. Momentum: Guide the leadership team through their collective challenges so that they improve their ability to row in the same direction at the same pace.
Typical engagement lasts 3-6 months with opportunities to engage ranging from 1-3 hours per month.
Executive Coaching
We ensure every coaching client feels seen and understood. We elevate their leadership superpowers so they can use them towards challenges.
We offer three levels of support for leaders one on one.
1. Reflection: What is my reality?
2. Action: What can I do about it?
3. Identity: How did I get here and why do I lead the way I do?
Typical engagement lasts 3-6 months with opportunities to engage ranging from 1-3 hours per month.
